Boot Camp General Information

...then boot camp is the answer for you! Make the commitment to yourself to break away from your normal, familiar fitness routine! Take that first step — it might seem scary at first, but you won't regret it.

Boot Camp is...

  • an 8 week (24 session) core and conditioning program consisting of constantly-varied, functional movements that can be performed at any level of fitness.
  • a break from the norm — very little equipment will be used, and you will learn effective, practical exercises that will assist you in everyday life.
  • a great way to get the individual attention and instruction that you need for a fraction of the cost of having a personal trainer.
  • an amazing opportunity to enhance your physical ability and increase your strength, all with the camaraderie that comes with a positive group atmosphere.

Boot Camp is not...

  • your cookie cutter gym workout — my programming will change daily so that your muscles don't get bored!
  • a cake walk — You will sweat. You will work hard. You will challenge your body.
  • something you can't handle — all movements can be modified according to your specific needs.
