Effective December 2010:
If a student has a scheduled private time and has to miss for illness or a non-dance related function, then it is the student's responsibility to trade with another student or lose the private, funds non-refundable.
 
If a student has to miss due to a debilitating illness, surgery, or injury, the student will not be charged for the time they miss, and that private spot may come open for use by others interested in private instruction until original student is well.

School Holidays
Classes will be held during school holidays unless notified otherwise.

Inclement Weather Policy
No classes will be held at the Springfield Studio if Springfield schools call a snow day. No classes will be held at the Mt. Vernon Studio if Mt. Vernon schools call a snow day.

Make-Up Classes
Turns & Leaps is a FREE class and can serve as a make-up class for students of all ages.

Additional Rehearsals
Students may use the studio for additional rehearsal if a room is available.
