Conditioning Class*

*Condition Class Description:
This class takes the approach in which dancers crossover and practice other disciplines in order to develop a foundation of skill, and then use that skill in the most effective way for the dancer's specific discipline. The basis is in proper body movement. We will create a greater ability to move in order to accomplish the specific tasks in the dancer's discipline. The spine (midline, core) which contains the central nervous system, dictates how efficiently the rest of the body performs. We will progressively move out from the spine, working on many movements, in order to maximize the body's full potential. Others wishing to participate that aren't dancers will also benefit.

    Welcome, Summer Straub-Ross!

Apac would like to welcome (home) our newest addition to our full time staff.  Miss Summer Straub-Ross!  Summer grew up dancing at APAC, and this January retired from being captain of the KC Chiefs cheerleaders.

Summer is an elementary teacher and is expecting her first child in early October.  We are so excited that summer is headed back to Springfield and sharing her many talents with APAC students!
